End User License Agreement (EULA) – Warborn: Rise of an Empire

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Reborn Gaming Studios OÜ regarding your use of the game Warborn: Rise of an Empire (the “Software”).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights remain with Reborn Gaming Studios OÜ.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes

These are considered part of the Software and subject to this EULA.

Some features require an internet connection.
We do not guarantee continued availability of online services.

This EULA is effective until terminated.
We may terminate this license if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
